Bitdeer Technologies Group in Penang is seeking a Quality Engineer to own product quality from escalation to resolution, acting as the bridge between R&D, Aftersales and Manufacturing to ensure timely remediation.

You will drive data-driven investigations, develop preventive actions, and maintain a centralized knowledge base of failure modes for faster issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Experience in Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance in hardware/electronics.
• Experience in RCA and CAPA.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple investigations and prioritize tasks.

Mansioni

• Quality Management: serve as primary contact for escalated product quality issues.
• Data Investigation & Analysis: study performance data to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Triage & Resolution: prioritize issues and provide actionable solutions.
