Job summary

Bitdeer in Malaysia is hiring a Quality Engineer to own product quality issues from identification to resolution. You will lead data-driven investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions across R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams.

The role demands strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with experience in hardware/electronics quality. On-site work in Penang offers opportunities in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

Experience in a Quality Engineering or QA role, preferably in hardware/electronics.
Strong RCA/CAPA skills and data-driven approach.
Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple investigations concurrently.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for escalated quality issues and track resolutions.
Gather, study, and interpret performance and failure data; identify root causes.
Prioritize and triage quality issues by criticality and impact; propose solutions.
Bridge between R&D, Aftersales and Manufacturing teams on Sealminer quality matters.
Provide prompt, accurate updates to stakeholders on investigations and actions.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by team lead or management.
