Job summary

Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. seeks a Quality Engineer in Penang, Malaysia, to ensure product and process quality in line with customer standards. You will identify quality issues, drive improvement projects, and support audits to sustain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include translating customer requirements, managing complaints, and coordinating with Production, R&D and Sales to resolve quality-related matters. Travel to Vietnam for 3–6 months may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Willingness to travel to Vietnam for 3–6 months for training.

Job Objectives

The Quality Engineer ensures product and process compliance with company and customer standards. This role focuses on identifying and resolving quality issues, leading improvement initiatives, and supporting audits to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and translate customer requirements; manage agreements, complaints, and product returns.
• Plan and control product line quality; resolve internal quality issues.
• Participate in customer and external audits; handle corrective actions and quality-related tasks.
• Lead quality improvement projects and monitor implementation progress.
• Communicate with internal teams (Production, R&D, Sales) and external clients to support quality-related matters.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese preferred).

Willingness to travel to Vietnam for training for a period of 3–6 months.
