Job summary

The Quality Engineer ensures product and process compliance with company and customer standards, focusing on resolving quality issues, leading improvement initiatives, and supporting audits to maintain customer satisfaction. You will support audits, manage customer requirements, and collaborate with Production, R&D and Sales to uphold quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong execution and learning capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate customer requirements; manage agreements, complaints, and product returns.
• Plan and control product line quality; resolve internal quality issues.
• Participate in customer and external audits; handle corrective actions and quality-related tasks.
• Lead quality improvement projects and monitor implementation progress.
• Communicate with internal teams (Production, R&D, Sales) and external clients to support quality-related matters.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese preferred).
