Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality systems; compile documents and records; conduct internal audits and management reviews.
• Oversee process quality control; lead corrective and preventive actions for production anomalies.
• Analyze quality issues using 5Why, fishbone, and 8D; track closed-loop effectiveness and report findings.
• Query and analyze quality data (pass/fail rates, MSA) using MES and Minitab; identify improvement directions.
• Develop quality training materials; lead QCC activities and promote quality awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job description

This role involves establishing and maintaining quality systems, managing process quality control, analyzing quality issues, and managing quality data to ensure continuous improvement and effective operations across manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• 1. Quality system establishment and maintenance: Participate in the construction and maintenance of the quality system, compile procedure documents, operation instructions and record forms, regularly organize internal audits and management reviews to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the system;
• 2. Process quality control: Participate in quality analysis and improvement, supervise the implementation and effectiveness of analysis and improvement, and carry out quality prevention. Take the lead in handling production anomalies in the manufacturing department, output corrective and preventive measures, and follow up on their closed-loop implementation.
• 3. Quality issue analysis: Coordinate the team, use tools such as 5Why, fishbone diagram, and 8D report to conduct root cause analysis on customer complaints or internal non-conforming products, formulate corrective and preventive measures, track and verify the closed-loop effect, and write reports.
• 4. Quality Data Management: Query, analyze or output production quality data (such as pass rate, failure rate, MSA) through tools like MES and Minitab, monitor production conditions, and confirm improvement directions.
• 5. Quality Training and Awareness Enhancement: Develop quality awareness training materials, carry out QCC (Quality Control Circle) activities, and enhance the quality responsibility of all staff.
• 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

About you

• 1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and engineering and have more than 1 year working experience. Experience in the same industry is preferred
• 2. Be able to skillfully use quality tools for data analysis and exception handling (MSA/SPC/FMEA/8D/4M1E/APQP, etc.)
• 3.Language requirement: proficient in speaking, reading and writing Chinese and English.
• 4.Strong action force is required, able to effectively promote the progress of each matter.
• 5.Need to have good teamwork spirit, communication skills, stress resistance and organizational skills
• 6.Responsible, rigorous and meticulous work, with strong problem analysis and solving skills.
