Job summary

MR DIY International in Malaysia is seeking a meticulous data entry assistant to support daily operations. You will enter data into the Qube Management System, coordinate with Stores to receive e-documents (Excel files) promptly, and assist in fulfilling ARN orders while maintaining accurate ARN records.

You will also generate Local Supplier R/O forms for returns, conduct case studies for items, and carry out additional tasks as directed by your supervisor in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry into the Qube Management System.
• Liaise with all Stores to receive e-documents (Excel file) from respective Stores in timely manner.
• Assist in fulfilling the ARN's order for respective Stores & upkeep ARN records
• Generate Local Supplier R/O for return goods to Supplier
• Conduct case study feedback for respective items to Purchaser.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by superior.
