Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) — proficiency will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong, Seri Kembangan.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in the company’s database or system.
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and correct errors in data records where required.
• Assist in data-related projects, including compiling reports, analyzing information to supporting decision-making processes.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical) for easy data retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality requirements.
• Support ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
