Job summary

NexG in Malaysia is seeking a QC Inspector to perform inspection and test activities on incoming IQC, in-process IPQC, and outgoing OQC products to ensure quality in daily QC routines. You will report findings to Supervisors and Senior Engineers, uphold Good Document Practice, and maintain ISO documentation.

Education: SPM to Diploma; background screening must be clear of criminal records. This on-site role requires strict 5S and safety adherence to protect product quality.

Qualifications

• Perform IQC/IPQC/OQC inspection and testing to ensure quality in daily QC routines.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and traceability of test records.
• Maintain 5S and safety compliance in the working environment.
• Adhere to ISO requirements (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2022) and Good Documentation Practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and test activities on IQC, IPQC and OQC to ensure product quality.
• Feedback any abnormality from process and product to Supervisor and Senior Engineer.
• Sustain Good Document Practice: record and maintain with ACU in QC.
• Maintain ISO documentation and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, 5S and safety practices in the working environment.
• Perform duties as assigned by Leader, Supervisor, Senior Engineer and HOD.
• Background Screening: Free from criminal case and bankruptcy.

• Maintain cleanliness/good 5S and safety practice on working environment and measurement tools.
• Perform duties as assigned by Leader, Supervisor, Senior Engineer and HOD.
• Education requirement: SPM until Diploma only
• Background Screening: Free from criminal case and bankruptcy.
