Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support inspection of incoming raw materials and packaging, perform final tests, and maintain accurate records.

You will calibrate measurement and inspection equipment, stop production for major CCP non-conformances, and carry out QC duties as delegated by the supervisor and HOD, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Carry out all the process and final inspection test accordingly to the specification.
• Record all the inspection and testing data in the related forms/ checklist.
• Carry out internal calibration for the measurement and inspection test equipment.
• To assist incoming QC inspection of raw and packaging material receiving if required.
• Authorization to stop the production if found CCP major non-conformance. Inform QC supervisor/ QC Manager for further action and investigation.
• To conduct any QC jobs if required.
• To carry out duties as delegated by immediate Supervisor/ HOD from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Authorize production stoppage for major CCP non-conformances.
• Perform QC duties as delegated by supervisor.
