Job summary

Chuan Thong Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a QC Inspector to uphold product quality on site. You will enforce quality controls to ensure compliance with requirements during incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Responsibilities include identifying non-conforming items, leading inspections and testing, supporting investigations, and guiding colleagues while adhering to the Quality Management System and documented policies.

Qualifications

When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities of the QC Inspector include:

Ensure products produced meet requirements, by enforcing adequate quality controls.

Perform all the necessary quality control activities, such as inspections and/or testing, to be carried out during incoming receipt of purchased goods, in-process inspections and/or testing, as well as outgoing inspection and/or testing.

Ensures any detected non-conforming product is controlled to prevent unintended delivery and/or use.

Assist in the investigation and subsequent corrective and/or preventive actions with regards to customer complaints.

Offering support and guidance to co-workers as required.

Assist superior to handle any other assignments/ tasks required.

Abide and enforce Quality Management System requirements as documented in the respective applicable System Process Procedure(s) and/or support documents, such as adherence on the Quality Policy, Objective contributions as well as use of specific forms.
