Job summary

Nolato Malaysia is seeking a QA Inspector to support IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC inspections, document results, and contribute to quality control. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing setting.

SPM and above, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn are essential. Training will cover QMS documentation control, SPC basics, and working in a clean, safety-focused metrology lab environment.

Qualifications

• SPM or above required.
• Knowledge in Quality Management System documentation control and process approach.
• Less than 1 year of working experience or service in related field is required for this position.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Possess initiative, hardworking and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection at IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC as per Drawing, Inspection Standard and / or Work Instruction.
• Issue Nonconformance report (NCR) to production for nonconformance materials at IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC.
• Record inspection result into Inspection Quality record for quality analysis purpose.
• Feedback immediately to respective superior or leaderboard regarding quality problem.
• Apply SPC and feedback to respective superior or leader for out of control condition.
• Beginner skill level to operate measurement equipment for measurement inspection.
• Generate COC and outgoing inspection report for shipment.
• 5S metrology lab to ensure the work environment cleanliness.
• Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management.
