Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a quality control professional to oversee QC activities across the entire manufacturing process in Kapar, Selangor. You will perform daily inspections of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products to ensure adherence to policies and standards.

You will conduct testing on materials and products, ensuring timely reporting of any non-conforming items to superiors so that rejects or wastage can be salvaged or addressed as directed.

Responsibilities

• To oversee quality control activities across the manufacturing process.
• To perform daily inspection of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• To conduct testing on materials and products per policies and standards.
• To report any non-conforming items to superiors immediately for salvage or action.

1.1 To ensure that all assigned quality control activities and daily inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products of the entire manufacturing process are undertaken on a timely basis.

1.2 To conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with policies and standards set.

1.3 To ensure that detected non-conforming products are reported to his Superiors immediately so that rejects and wastage can be salvaged.

1.4 To act on any other responsibilities as may be directed from time to time.
