Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Inspector for a mould and plastic manufacturing facility in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. You will perform visual, dimensional, and basic quality checks on injection moulded products, recording results and maintaining inspection records.

The role requires detail-oriented individuals who can follow SOPs, work in shifts, and learn quickly. Training will be provided, and prior QC exposure is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify defects.
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Willing to learn and work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection according to quality standards and instructions.
• Conduct visual and dimensional checks on injection moulded products.
• Record inspection results and maintain records.
• Identify, label, and separate defective products.
• Report abnormalities to supervisor or Quality Engineer.
• Assist in investigating issues and implementing improvements.
• Maintain inspection area cleanliness and equipment.
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
• Support other quality-related duties as assigned.
