Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Analyst to monitor the Control Tower dashboard and track live parcel movement across hubs and delivery centers.

You will identify delayed parcels, analyze SLA performance, coordinate with the Dropship Center, perform root cause analyses, and help implement automated alerts to prevent SLA breaches. Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years in QA, compliance, or ops within logistics or supply chain; fresh grads welcomed.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination; fluent English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Control Tower dashboard to track live parcel movement across hubs and delivery centers.
• Identify Stuck Parcels (aged inventory) and investigate root causes.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly SLA performance (On-Time Delivery, First Attempt Delivery Rate).
• Act as the primary bridge between data insights and physical operations in DC coordination.
• Communicate daily Urgent/Critical lists to DC Managers to prioritise parcels.
• Provide early warnings to DCs about volume surges to meet SLAs.
• Use data to pinpoint underperforming hubs/routes and conduct root cause analysis for failed deliveries.
• Coordinate rescue missions for high-priority or delayed shipments.
• Generate daily Health Reports highlighting missed SLAs and recovery plans.
• Develop automated alerts or triggers for SLA breaches.

Job description

Monitor the "Control Tower" dashboard to track live parcel movement across all hubs and delivery centers.

Identify "Stuck Parcels" (aged inventory) that have exceeded the standard dwell time and investigate the root cause.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly SLA Performance (On-Time Delivery, First Attempt Delivery Rate).

2. Dropship Center (DC) Coordination

Act as the primary bridge between data insights and physical operations.

Communicate daily "Urgent/Critical" lists to DC Managers to ensure priority parcels are moved to the front of the queue.

Provide early warnings to DCs regarding incoming volume surges to ensure they have the capacity to meet SLAs.

3. Bottleneck Identification & Troubleshooting

Use data to pinpoint specific hubs or routes that are consistently underperforming.

Conduct "Root Cause Analysis" for failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect routing, courier shortage, or address issues).

Coordinate "Rescue Missions" for high-priority or delayed shipments by arranging alternative transport or expedited handling.

4. Performance Reporting

Generate daily "Health Reports" for management, highlighting missed SLAs and recovery plans.

Develop automated alerts or triggers to notify the team when a parcel is at risk of breaching an SLA.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred a minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operations within logistics / supply chain industry. However, fresh grads are also welcomed!

Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

Detail-oriented, structured, and strong problem-solving ability.

Good communication and coordination skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
