Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any science field.
• Experience in Quality, Compliance, Audit, or Process Improvement preferred.

• Ability to follow SOPs and work under minimal supervision as part of a team.

• Knowledge of ISO/Six Sigma is a plus; basic to intermediate computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to industry specifications, standards, regulations, and legislation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement applicable new or revised requirements.
• Assist and facilitate timely implementation of compliance plans.
• Coordinate procedures, training, and systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support occupational safety, health & environmental compliance initiatives with authorities.
• Coordinate permit and licensing requirements for handling special materials.
• Address compliance issues and follow up on findings from regulatory audits.
• Support ISO implementation, document reviews, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance to maintain product quality and resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and properly documented records and reports.
• Assist in providing timely responses to internal compliance inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

A key role in maintaining quality and compliance excellence by supporting quality management systems, driving adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to applicable industry specifications, standards, regulations, and legislation.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any science field or any related field.

Preferably with experience in Quality, Compliance, Audit, or Process Improvement functions.
