Kossan Industries Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations, drive efficiency and ensure quality across the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities include achieving production targets, optimizing processes, managing the team, and upholding safety and ISO standards. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for maintaining high-performance operations.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in factory/production management.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily factory operations to meet production targets and delivery timelines.
• Improve productivity through process optimization, waste reduction and automation.
• Oversee manpower planning, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure ISO compliance, quality standards and QA collaboration.
• Strengthen safety culture and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Manage preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Lead budgets, cost control initiatives and operational improvement projects.

Ready to lead a high-performing manufacturing team? We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations and drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement;

What You’ll Do

Lead daily factory operations to meet production targets & delivery timelines.

Improve productivity through process optimization, waste reduction & automation.

Oversee manpower planning, training, coaching & performance management.

Ensure ISO compliance, quality standards & smooth QA collaboration.

Strengthen safety culture and ensure OSHA & environmental compliance.

Manage preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.

Lead budgets, cost control initiatives & operational improvement projects.

What You Need

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

8–10 years' experience in factory/production management; 5+ years in leadership.

Strong background in ISO, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office, ERP & production analytics.

Strong commitment to safety, Quality and teamwork.
