Job summary

Kintetsu World Express (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Senior Executive to support QMS activities and drive continuous improvement. You will assist in implementing quality systems, coordinating audits, and analyzing data to identify trends and actions.

This role offers exposure to ISO implementations, audits, and process enhancement within a globally recognized logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality management, audit coordination, or process improvement.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or similar quality management frameworks.
• Knowledge in ISO14000 and Occupational Safety and Health will be advantage added.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; exposure to Power BI or data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Senior Executive to support our Quality Management System (QMS) activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Assist the QMS Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems and processes

Support Process and Document Change Control activities to ensure compliance and traceability

Participate in internal and external audits, prepare documentation, and assist in audit follow-up

Perform visitation to site offices to coordinate the external audits

Monitor and follow up on Corrective Actions, ensuring timely closure and improvement

Compile and analyze quality data and performance reports to identify trends and improvement areas

About you
