Job summary

Coppice in Malaysia is seeking a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will drive the Quality Management System, champion audits, and foster a culture of quality across the business.

The role requires 5+ years in QA leadership within manufacturing, strong knowledge of QMS and ISO/BRC standards, and proven ability to manage CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes.
• Experience managing ISO and BRC certification standards.
• Skilled in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and quality improvement methodologies.
