Job summary

Coppice in Malaysia is seeking a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will drive the Quality Management System, champion audits, and foster a culture of quality across the business.

The role requires 5+ years in QA leadership within manufacturing, strong knowledge of QMS and ISO/BRC standards, and proven ability to manage CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years in a QA leadership role within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes.
Experience managing ISO and BRC certification standards.
Skilled in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
Passionate about driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC Packaging and customer standards.
Manage customer complaints, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
Lead internal, customer and certification audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste and quality-related costs.
Develop and coach the QA team while promoting GMP and quality best practices.
