Job summary

SUPER UNIART INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD, a Malaysian plastic manufacturer established in Malacca, seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to verify material specifications, prepare COAs, and maintain strict traceability across incoming and outgoing goods. The role supports investigations into customer complaints and ensures adherence to FIFO in the warehouse.

Candidates should have at least a diploma in quality or equivalent and at least 1 year QA experience; knowledge of ISO/HACCP/GMP/FSSC 22000 is

Qualifications

• 1 year QA experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge in ISO/HACCP/GMP/FSSC 22000 management system is added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging for meeting specifications,and verify COA.
• Record inspection results and notify QA Supervisor of any non-conformance.
• Quarantine rejected or on-hold materials
• Ensure proper traceability of inspected materials and finished goods.
• Support investigation of customer complaints by providing inspection evidence.
• Prepare outgoing Certificate of Analysis (COA) and verify warehouse is following FIFO system.
• Verify customer return products and report to superior

Education

SPM or Diploma in Quality or equivalent
