Job summary

CFM TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD in Johor is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections, recordings, and ensure compliance with SOPs and training. You will support the product testing, utilize Excel templates, and assist the Quality Engineer during qualification activities.

The role requires a minimum SPM level and 1-2 years of quality experience, with knowledge of dimensional measuring tools and gauges. English communication is an advantage; attendance and discipline are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM or higher.
• 1-2 years of quality experience in any field.
• Knowledge of dimensional measuring tools & gauges is preferred.
• Commitment to continuous improvement at workplace.
• Good attendance & work discipline is expected.
• English communication is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections per check sheets and record data with integrity.
• Ensure SOPs, procedures, forms and work instructions are followed as trained.
• Support product print ballooning/itemize and Excel template creation.
• Assist Quality Engineer during qualification and other ad-hoc inspections.

Execute established standards and SOP during inspection, testing and evaluation.

Ensure departmental & section procedures, documentation, forms and work instruction is carried out as per what was trained by trainers or superiors.

Perform daily inspection as per check sheet /checklist and do data recording with highest integrity.

Support product print ballooning / itemize, Excel template creation.

Supports Quality Engineer to carry out inspection during qualification and other ad-hoc inspection activities.

Qualification:

Min SPM and above.

At least 1-2 years of Quality positions / experiences in any field

Preferred skills: knowledge of utilizing dimensional measuring tools & gauges.

Commitment of continuous improvement at workplace.

Able to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
