Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and confirm customer quality requirements for new products.
• Establish product quality standards and communicate to factory and suppliers.
• Perform product inspections during sample development, verify documentation.
• Manage supplier quality issues, issue NCRs, monitor CAPA until closure.
• Handle customer quality complaints and prepare 8D reports.
• Support sales during customer audits by preparing GP reports and quality docs.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for annual supplier audits and supplier performance evaluations.

Job description

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Collect, review, and confirm customer quality requirements for new products in accordance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) and standard operating procedures. Establish product quality standards and communicate the requirements to the factory and suppliers.

Perform product inspections during the sample development stage, including documentation verification and sample inspection, to ensure products meet the required quality standards and customer approval criteria prior to mass production.

Manage and resolve supplier quality issues related to non-conforming incoming materials and production defects. Conduct incoming quality inspections, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until effective closure, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.

Handle customer quality complaints and product-related issues by identifying root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement. Prepare and submit 8D reports to customers in a timely manner.

Support the Sales team during customer audits by preparing and completing required GP (Green Partner) reports and other customer quality documentation. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to conduct annual supplier audits and supplier quality performance evaluations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Bussiness and management,or related field or requivalent qualification min 1-2 years

Available with experience.

Must have a valid driving license (D).
