Sin Huat Press (Melaka) Sdn Bhd in Melaka, Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and maintain QC procedures for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products, ensuring customer and industry standards are met.

You will set sampling plans, analyze results, collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve issues, support ISO audits, implement CAPA, and drive lean improvements to reduce defects and sustain high print quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of QMS/EMS/HACCP/GMP/related QC controls.
• Preferably technical skills in related fields.
• Experience in Printing industries is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain QC procedures for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to meet customer and industry standards.

• Investigate product and customer quality issues, prepare 8D reports, and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor quality using inspection tools and support WI reviews and QC training.
• Set inspection standards and checkpoints to ensure consistent print quality (color, alignment, accuracy) in line with product requirements.
• Assist QA team on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, audits, and external engagements.
• Improve quality, reduce defects, and apply lean principles.
• Supervise post-printing processes to ensure defect-free products.

Investigate product and customer quality issues, prepare 8D reports, and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.

Monitor quality using inspection tools and support WI review and QC training on proper use and best practices.

Set inspection standards and checkpoints to ensure consistent print quality, including color, alignment, and accuracy, in line with product requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or any related field.

At least 2 – 3 years of working experience

Knowledge of QMS/EMS/HACCP/GMP/ related QC controls.

Preferably has technical skills in related fields
