The company seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer with a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years' experience in manufacturing quality to drive improvements.

The role focuses on investigations, CAPA, root-cause analysis, process collaboration, and ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course is required.
• 7 years of work experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer complaint investigations and drive timely closure through effective CAPA management.
• Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
• Monitor, analyze root cause, reply to customer complaints on product quality issues, and drive improvements to address non-compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales teams to improve process capability and quality outcomes.
• Support audit activities to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP and customer requirements.
• Conduct quality data analysis and recommend preventive actions to improve operational performance.

Job description

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

Bachelors Degree in any course.

7 years work experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment.

Skills & Abilities : QC tools, Customers complaints management, CAPA, 8D problem solving, failure analysis, project management, auditing skills (internally and external), excellent in verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration, computer literate.

Knowledge : GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485

Your Key Responsibility :

Lead customer complaint investigations and drive timely closure through effective CAPA management.

Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.

Monitor, analyze root cause, reply to customer complaints on product quality issues, customer complaints meeting, driving improvements plan and actions to address non-compliance, to effectively managing defects.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales teams to improve process capability and quality outcomes.

Support audit activities to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP and customer requirements.

Conduct quality data analysis and recommend preventive actions to improve operational performance.
