Job summary

IPG Printing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive, inspect, and organize materials, prepare orders for production and delivery, and support stock control and safety standards. You will work with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires physical capacity for lifting and moving goods, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics role is an advantage
• Able to handle physical work including lifting, packing, and moving goods
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Responsible, disciplined, and good time management
• Willing to follow instructions and company procedures strictly
• Basic computer skills for inventory recording is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Store goods in an organized manner and ensure proper labeling and inventory control.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and customer delivery.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements (inbound and outbound).
• Support stock take and inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
