Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a strategic leader to head the Quality Assurance function, ensuring products, processes, and systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will build and guide the QA team, implement robust QMS, conduct internal audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing lifecycle.

The role requires deep experience in aerospace/high-tech manufacturing, AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, and a track record of audit readiness and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing quality management.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level quality role.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in aerospace, precision machining, semiconductor equipment, or high-tech manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the QA strategy and objectives.
• Lead and develop the QA team across the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain robust QMS and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and quality evaluations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor quality KPIs.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Lead audit readiness and closure of findings.
• Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
