Job summary

Ultimate Manufacturing Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Quality Management System professional to establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

You will plan annual internal audits, manage CAPAs, document control, and coordinate external audits, contributing to operational excellence across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of QMS experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in internal auditing and quality improvement tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's QMS to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual internal quality audits and management reviews, ensuring effectiveness of the QMS and maintaining records.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to establish, optimize, and standardize quality management processes, driving continuous improvement.
Coordinate and support external customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring successful outcomes and ongoing certifications.
Develop, review, and control QMS documentation including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
Monitor CAPA, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation and effectiveness of improvements.

Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual internal quality audits and management reviews, ensuring the effectiveness of the QMS and maintaining accurate audit and management review records.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to establish, optimize, and standardize quality management processes, driving continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Coordinate and support external customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring successful audit outcomes and maintaining the validity of the company's quality management certifications.

Develop, review, and control QMS documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring they remain current and compliant.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation and effectiveness of improvement actions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
