The central goal for this role is to drive systemic quality excellence across all stages of production. Rather than merely managing end-of-line inspections, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, refining, and enforcing robust preventive quality systems that eradicate manufacturing defects before they occur. • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients on all quality assurance, technical specifications, compliance queries, and audit management.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine preventative quality systems and standardized operating procedures to eliminate defect rates across production lines.
• Conduct comprehensive root-cause analyses, non-conformance investigations, and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) tracking for process deviations.
• Monitor production parameters, perform process capability studies, and partner with manufacturing teams to optimize operational efficiency.
