Job summary

KMWE Malaysia is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage the full document lifecycle, ensuring the latest revisions are available to users and maintaining the Document Master List. You will plan audits, support improvement initiatives and enforce proper archiving and access controls across the QMS environment.

You will work to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485 or AS9100 and collaborate with multiple departments to sustain efficient information governance and supplier performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years related experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with others.
• Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485 or AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the full document control lifecycle from creation to obsolescence.
• Maintain the Document Master List and ensure latest revisions are used.
• Ensure proper indexing, filing and storage of controlled documents.
• Provide guidance on document control procedures and QMS requirements.
• Monitor QMS performance and drive improvements to the system.
