Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a contract manufacturer and precision parts supplier offering total solutions in the engineering and assembly of high quality modules and complete machine systems for the Semiconductor, Medical, Aerospace and Science industry. This role focuses on planning and conducting audits, managing document control and driving QMS improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; or 2 years or more of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485 or AS9100 standard.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
• Coordinate and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Manage the full document control lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, revision, retention and obsolescence.
• Maintain the Document Master List and ensure only the latest approved revisions are available to relevant users.
• Ensure obsolete documents are promptly removed from circulation and properly archived.
• Maintain accurate document indexing, filing and storage within the Document Management System.
• Manage document change control, including change requests, impact assessments and revision records.
• Ensure timely review and updating of policies, SOPs, work instructions, forms, specifications and other controlled documents.
• Provide guidance to employees on document control procedures and QMS requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and appropriate access controls for sensitive documents and records.
• Monitor QMS performance and recommend improvement opportunities to management.
• Drive improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Document Control System.
• Support supplier performance improvement initiatives to ensure suppliers consistently meet company quality requirements.
