Job summary

Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP) is seeking a Senior QC/QA leader to oversee all QC activities—from incoming materials and in-process inspections to finished product testing and release.

You will drive CAPA, RCA, inspection plans and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

You will manage the QC team and laboratory activities, and work closely with Production and R&D to resolve issues and boost process performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of QC/QA experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience in refinery, biodiesel, or related process industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QC systems, CAPA, RCA and quality audits.
• Experience in laboratory management, quality testing and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in laboratory management, quality testing and process improvement.
