Job summary

Jowat Manufacturing (SEA) Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Quality Control professional to support daily to monthly QC testing, inspections, and procedures. You will inspect incoming materials, approve finished products, and ensure timely test reporting while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

• Experience in manufacturing and QC
• Strong teamwork and cooperation
• Minimum tertiary education or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly QC testing, inspections and procedures to meet company standards
• Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications in inspection plan
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting tests
• Ensure all test reports/data are completed within the given timeframe
• Able to analyze and interpret information/data
• Keep laboratory equipment clean and maintained with high cleanliness standards
• Ensure test equipment is verified and working correctly
• Report instrumentation issues to QC Supervisor for review
• Communicate quality/compliance concerns with urgency
• Follow laboratory safety rules, regulations, and SOPs
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Training will be provided

• Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.
• Ensure all the test reports/ data are completed within the given timeframe.
• Able to analyze and interpret the information/data
• Ensure laboratory equipment is always clean and maintain with high cleanliness standards.
• Ensure test equipment in verified and working correctly.
• Convey any instrumentation issues to QC Supervisor for review and resolution.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
• Follows oral and written laboratory safety rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures required for the tasks assigned.
• Perform any additional jobs assigned by the superior.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Trainings will be provided

Skill Requirements

• Has experience in manufacturing field and QC skills.
• Good cooperation and teamwork attitude.
• Minimum tertiary education/diploma or equivalent
