Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control Associate to support daily to monthly QC testing, inspections and procedures in a manufacturing setting. You will verify incoming materials against inspection plans, approve finished products through rigorous testing and ensure timely test reports and data documentation.

You should have experience in manufacturing QC with teamwork, a diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing field and QC skills.
• Good cooperation and teamwork attitude.
• Minimum tertiary education/diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly quality testing, inspections and procedures to meet company QC standards.
• Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications in inspection plan.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and performing visual and measurement tests.
• Ensure test reports/data are completed within the given timeframe.
• Analyze and interpret information/data for quality control.
• Maintain laboratory equipment cleanliness and proper operation of test equipment.
• Report instrumentation issues to QC Supervisor for resolution.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
• Follow laboratory safety rules and SOPs required for tasks.
• Trainings will be provided; perform additional tasks as assigned.
