About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous QC Inspector to join Anod Tech Industry (M) Sdn Bhd in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing operations. As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting products, components and materials to ensure they meet our stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in safeguarding our reputation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products against established quality standards and specifications
• Perform testing and measurements using precision instruments and equipment to verify product dimensions, tolerances and physical properties
• Document inspection results, test findings and quality data in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Identify and report defects, non-conformities and deviations from specifications to production teams and management
• Investigate quality issues and collaborate with production staff to implement corrective actions and preventative measures
• Maintain accurate and organised quality records and inspection reports for traceability and audit purposes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards during all inspection activities
• Participate in quality audits, process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives
• Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant departments to support ongoing quality improvement efforts

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques and quality standards relevant to the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in using quality control instruments and measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometres, gauges and testing apparatus
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor deviations from specifications
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of relevant quality management systems and international standards such as ISO 9001 or similar certifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely
• Reliability and integrity with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and reporting findings honestly
