Job summary

Excel Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a QC Inspector to ensure quality and compliance of stainless steel products.

You will inspect and test materials and finished products, identify defects, and report issues with production teams to resolve them promptly. • Qualifications in SPM certificate and above.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in quality control, preferably with stainless steel products.
• Experience in operating Hot roll Machine or related equipment on stainless steel products.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and technical requirements.
• Identify and document defects, reporting quality issues to production teams for prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data and quality reports; prepare required quality documentation.
• Adhere to safety regulations; keep a clean, organized work environment and follow health and safety guidelines when operating and inspecting machines.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job description

The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products produced on Stainless steel. This role involves inspecting and testing materials and finished products, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and company specifications.

Perform routine inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and technical requirements.

Identify, document the defects or inconsistencies in products, and report quality issues while collaborating with production teams to resolve them promptly.

Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports, and prepare and submit quality control documentation as required.

Adhere to safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and follow all health and safety guidelines for operating and inspecting the machines.

Other ad-hoc task when required.

Job Requirements:-

Qualifications in SPM certificate and above.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in quality control, which is preferably candidates with stainless steels products experiences.

Experience in operating Hot roll Machine or machine in related on stainless steel products.

Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
