Job Summary
Responsible for carrying out quality control activities, including IPQC, product testing, sensory evaluation and quality documentation, to ensure products comply with company standards, GMP and HACCP requirements. Assist in handling customer complaints, product recalls and audit preparation while maintaining accurate QC records.
Job Responsibilities
Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
Review and maintain COA records for incoming materials and finished products.
Arrange finished product samples for laboratory testing and conduct sensory evaluation.
Prepare rejection reports for non-conforming materials or products.
Assist in handling customer complaints and product recalls, including related documentation.
Maintain GMP and HACCP records and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare QC documents and records for internal, customer and regulatory audits.
Perform other quality control duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology or related field.
Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health supplement or food industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
