Job summary

Omega Health Products Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian health and wellness company, is seeking a Quality Control Executive to uphold product quality and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

You will perform IPQC checks, manage COA records, coordinate laboratory testing and sensory evaluation, and assist with customer complaints, recalls, and audits. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training and career development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology or related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health supplement or food industry; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform IPQC checks to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Review and maintain COA records for incoming materials and finished products.
• Arrange finished product samples for laboratory testing and conduct sensory evaluation.
• Prepare rejection reports for non-conforming materials or products.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and product recalls, including related documentation.
• Maintain GMP and HACCP records and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare QC documents and records for internal, customer and regulatory audits.
• Perform other quality control duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Summary

Responsible for carrying out quality control activities, including IPQC, product testing, sensory evaluation and quality documentation, to ensure products comply with company standards, GMP and HACCP requirements. Assist in handling customer complaints, product recalls and audit preparation while maintaining accurate QC records.

Job Responsibilities
