SKYGATE PRECISION (M) SDN. BHD in Penang seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to develop and maintain CMM programs for inspection of production materials and to verify conformity with specifications.

The role requires close collaboration with QA, testing units and maintaining measurement equipment to support production targets. The candidate should have at least 2 years of CMM programming experience, strong knowledge of CMM devices like smart scope, calipers and height gauges, and the ability to

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in CMM Programming.
• Good knowledge of measurement equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), smart scope, caliper, height gauge.
• Knowledgeable in CMM Programming for production parts.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and generate CMM programs for inspection and verification of production materials for incoming, outgoing, FAI and in-process parts.
• Work closely with the QA team to measure, examine and test produced units to identify defects and non-conformance to specification.
• Manage and maintain CMM machine to ensure functionality and meeting production needs.
• Ensure all measurement programs are backed up in external drive on weekly/monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit required quality reports, certifications, or documentation to ensure clear identification of product inspection status.
