Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in precision manufacturing, semiconductors, automotive, or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and CAPA processes.
• Proactive, cross-functional collaboration and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead root-cause analyses and drive preventive actions.
• Mentorship or leadership in quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be primary liaison for external clients on QA, specs, audits.
• Design and refine preventative quality systems and SOPs.
• Lead CAPA, non-conformances, and root-cause investigations.
• Monitor process capability and collaborate with production.
• Align internal quality with global standards across functions.
