Job summary

Fortune Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive QA, QC, and R&D Executive to support our expanding food manufacturing operations in Malaysia. You will ensure food safety compliance, conduct material and process inspections, and assist with R&D projects and production trials.

The role requires a diploma/degree in relevant fields, at least 2 years in QA/QC/R&D, and strong attention to detail with good communication. Hospitalization insurance and AWS/performance bonus are provided.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in QA, QC or R&D, preferably in food manufacturing.
Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, HALAL and ISO 22000 requirements.
Experience in internal audits, laboratory testing and quality documentation.
Exposure to food product development or production trial runs is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, HALAL, MeSTI and ISO 22000.
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, packaging materials, production processes and finished products.
Perform and monitor laboratory testing in accordance with established testing plans and customer requirements.
Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, SOPs and food safety records.
Conduct internal audits, food safety inspections and employee training.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Support R&D projects, new product development, product improvements and production trial runs.
Coordinate food safety certification, license applications, renewals and external audits.
Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
