Job summary

F&B Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a QA/QC Trainee in Selangor to perform testing, data interpretation, and daily production reporting. You will assist in implementing HACCP, GMP, halal, ISO, and FSSC22000 standards, analyze shelf life, and investigate customer complaints with corrective actions.

The role involves gathering QA/QC data, identifying productivity patterns, and conducting feasibility analyses for QA/QC projects. Diploma or Bachelor's in related fields is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Science & Technology / Nutrition / Microbiology or Biotechnology (Food) / or any related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Carry out testing, results recording and interpretation of physical, chemical and microbiological tests, report preparation and release of daily production.
• Assist in implementing HACCP, GMP, pre-requisite programs, halal, ISO, FSSC22000 and customer requirements.
• Analyze shelf life of products and study result trends of finished goods performance.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide corrective actions; close out reports within the time frame.
• Gather and analyze technical data on QA/QC systems, procedures and specifications.
• Find patterns and trends in analysed data for productivity improvement.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for proposed QA/QC projects.

1- Carry out testing, results recording and interpretation of physical, chemical and microbiological tests, report preparation and release of daily production.

2- Assist in implementing HACCP, GMP, pre-requisite, halal, ISO, FSSC22000 and customer requirements.

3- Analyze shelf life of products and study the result trends of finished goods performance.

4- Assist in investigating and provide corrective actions for the customer complaint and close out the customer complaint report within the time frame.4- Gathering and analyzing technical data on QA/QC systems, procedures and specifications

5- Finding patterns and trends in analysed data for productivity improvement.

6- Conduct Feasibility analysis for proposed QA/QC projects.

7- Successful completion of QA/QC project works to specification and timeline as assigned by the QC Manager.
