Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QAQC Executive in Perak to lead the quality agenda at our manufacturing facility. You will apply HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards to ensure product integrity from line to finish.

You will conduct routine line checks, oversee non-conformances and CAPA, and coordinate investigations into customer quality complaints. A bachelor degree and 2–3 years’ QAQC experience in food manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a QAQC role within the food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• In-Process & Finished Goods monitoring: conduct routine line checks, sensory evaluations, and physical/chemical testing during and after production to guarantee product consistency.
• Compliance & Certification Management: maintain, update, and enforce daily compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards across the facility.
• Audit Readiness & Support: lead internal quality audits and assist in preparing the facility for external inspections by regulatory authorities and third-party auditors.
• Non-Conformance & CAPA Management: identify, document, and isolate non-conforming products or processes, conducting root-cause analyses to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Customer Complaint Investigation: investigate customer quality complaints promptly, coordinate technical findings, and report resolution strategies to management.
• Hygiene & Sanitation Oversight: monitor plant-wide hygiene, sanitation schedules, and pest control programs to ensure a pristine manufacturing environment.
