Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
Fresh graduates waiting for further studies may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, or food safety is an advantage.
Willing to learn and work in a food-production environment.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Assist with basic physical, chemical, and sensory testing.
Collect and prepare product samples for testing.
Support daily monitoring of production and packing areas for GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and SOP compliance.
Assist in checking product labels, batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, and product coding.
Record inspection and testing results accurately.
Assist in identifying and reporting non-conforming materials or products to the QA/QC team.
Support hygiene and sanitation inspections in production areas.
Assist with food safety and quality documentation.
Support product trials, audits, and other QA/QC activities when required.
Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
