Job summary

Soon Soon Oilmills Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking QA/QC personnel to conduct quality inspections across raw material receipt, storage, and finished goods delivery. You will report defects, prepare daily inspection reports, and verify compliance with FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP, HACCP, and pest-control programs; prior QA/QC experience is preferred.

Min SPM/Certificate, 1-2 years experience; training will be provided. This is a hands-on role in a growing edible oil production facility.

Qualifications

• Responsible for quality inspection during receipt of raw material, storage of raw material, storage of finished product and delivery of finished goods at external warehouse.
• Report defects and issue daily inspection reports.
• Ensure products comply with customer requirements and food safety management systems (FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP, HACCP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Record all in-house pest related work activity (rat trap station monitoring, pheromone trap monitoring, beetle plywood monitoring).
• Perform other tasks as assigned in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

• Responsible for conducting quality inspection and detection of any faults/defects/non-conformances during the receipt of raw material, storage of raw material, storage of finished product and delivery of finished good at external warehouse.
• Report if defects are detected& issue daily inspection reports.
• Responsible to ensure that customer's special requirement is met and products are comply to food/ feed safety management system (FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP, HACCP and etc.)
• Record all in-house pest related work activity performed (in-house rat trap station monitoring, pheromone trap monitoring, beetle plywood monitoring)
• To perform other task assigned from time to time in alignment with company's goal and objective.

Requirement:-

• Min SPM/ Cert in any field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in any field, QA/QC will be added advantages
