Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QAQC Executive – Poultry / Egg Processing to lead online/in-process QAQC inspections at the Egg House and Liquid Egg Processing Plant, monitoring eggs, production processes and finished product quality. You will ensure GMP, HACCP, Halal and local laws compliance; develop SOPs and audit programs; handle NCRs and CAPA, and work with Production to implement corrective actions.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Food Technology or related field with 2–3 years in QA/QC in

Responsibilities

• Perform online/in-process QAQC inspection at Egg House and Liquid Egg Processing Plant
• Monitor incoming eggs, production processes and finished product quality
• Conduct egg quality checks including weight, dirty, crack/broken, mould, Haugh Unit, yolk colour and shell quality
• Monitor CCP/OPRP, process parameters, hygiene and sanitation requirements
• Identify non-conforming products/processes and coordinate corrective actions with Production
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, VHM, MyGAP and customer requirements
• Develop, review and update SOPs, Work Instructions, forms and QAQC records
• Conduct internal audits and support external, customer and regulatory audits
• Handle NCR, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA, including follow-up and closure
