FD Precision Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance team in the plastic injection molding and automotive lighting assembly industry. You will oversee QA activities and ensure products meet stringent specifications.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in engineering, 5–8 years’ experience, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, plus experience with 8D, FMEA, SPC and PPAP, and leadership to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in plastic injection molding preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience handling customer audits and quality issues.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5-8 years of experience in plastic injection molding will be in advantage
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 )
• Experience in handling customer audits and quality issues
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
