Job summary

SEER S&R is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to ensure the CSYAP factory meets specified requirements and customer expectations. You will collaborate with R&D and Project Engineering to develop QC protocols and investigate new parts or functionality for integrity.

You will provide data-driven analysis using quality tools to implement short- and long-term solutions, coordinate QC resources, and support Kaizen initiatives to strengthen staffing and career paths for QA/QC talents.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• 5+ years of working experience in quality control/assurance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the CSYAP factory operates with quality hardware and software to meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Consult and work with R&D and Project Engineering to develop QC protocols for part/product integrity.
• Provide quality data analysis and interpretation using standard engineering tools to resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with Production Heads of Departments to drive quality standardization and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Organize and allocate QC resources to meet delivery commitments, perform First Piece Article inspections, and support incoming QC protocols.
• Support HR in sustaining QA/QC staffing and development, coaching on Kaizen projects and career progression.

Job description

• Ensures the CSYAP factory operation has necessary quality hardware and software capabilityto assure parts, products and systems meet specified requirements and customersexpectation.
• Consult and work with R&D and Project Engineering team to develop QC protocols as necessaryto investigate the integrity of new parts/products, or new functionality for current/existing parts/products.
• Provide quality data/expert analysis and interpretation of data by utilizing known engineeringtechnical standard and specifications, suitable Quality tools to provide theshort term and long term solution for a quality issue happen on parts/products.
• Work/Collaborate with Production HoDs with the analysis, creation and implementation of, and ensures conformanceswith Quality Standards, Instructions, Guidelines and procedures to drive Quality standardizationand consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements and orders.
• Organizes and allocate suitable QC resources to effectively and efficiently meet customersdelivery commitments, in term of quality and time.Provide QC support to production departments team as needed to establish incoming QC protocolsand to perform First Piece Articles inspection.
• Ensure, with full support of HR that the QA and QC team is sustainably staffed, developed anddirected to enable effective leadership, support and coaching on Kaizen projects and to providecareer development path for all quality QA & QC talents.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (added advantage)
• Preferably Senior specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
