CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (M) SDN. BHD. (CCCC Malaysia) is seeking a QA/QC Document Controller to manage and maintain project QA/QC documents and records across Malaysia.

The role requires coordinating submissions, tracking progress, and ensuring close-out documentation aligns with audit requirements. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 2 years in QA/QC document control, preferably on data centre or large-scale construction

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Engineering, Construction, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in construction QA/QC document control.
• Experience in Data Centre or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with construction QA/QC documentation and document control procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with document control systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain QA/QC project documents and records.
• Maintain document registers, submission trackers and revision control.
• Handle QA/QC submissions including Material Submittals, Inspection Requests, Test Reports, NCRs and related documents.
• Monitor document submission, approval and close-out status, and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Control and distribute the latest approved drawings and documents to relevant project teams.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, site teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on document submissions.
• Maintain proper filing and records for project audits and handover.
• Assist the QA/QC team in compiling QA/QC dossiers and close-out documents.
