Job summary

China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd (Project Site Operations) – Klang, Selangor is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Document Controller with 1–2 years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction to join the project management team at Klang project.

The role focuses on managing, tracking, and maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection records, material submittals, and engineering correspondence, ensuring compliance with project procedures and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of document control experience within the construction/infrastructure sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with EDMS software (Aconex, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• QA/QC Document Management: maintain and organize QA/QC docs including ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, CARs, MRAs.
• EDMS & Register Maintenance: operate EDMS and maintain master registers for QA/QC transmittals.
• Inspection & Testing Records: coordinate site inspection sheets and lab test reports.
• Transmittals & Workflow: track submittals between internal teams, subcontractors, and client reps.
• Compliance & Audit Prep: assist in preparing documents for audits and regulatory checks.
• Handover & Dossier: help compile Final QA/QC Dossiers and Handover Packages.
