Job summary

China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd (Project Site Operations) – Klang, Selangor is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Document Controller with 1–2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction to join our project management team at Klang project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all QA/QC documentation, inspection records, material submittals, and engineering correspondence, ensuring strict

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of document control experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiar with EDMS software (Aconex, SharePoint, or internal portals).
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage for coordinating with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, submittals, and correspondence.
• Operate and update the EDMS; maintain master registers for QA/QC transmittals.
• Coordinate registration, filing, and close-out of site inspection sheets, lab test reports, and third-party results.
• Manage transmittals and workflow between internal teams, subcontractors, main contractors, and Consultants/Employer's Representatives.
• Assist QA/QC Manager/Engineer in audits and compliance checks.
• Compile, index, and archive Final QA/QC Dossiers, As-Built docs, and Handover Packages.
