Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking an Admin Officer (QA/QC) to support the QA/QC department with documentation, inspections, and record control in line with procedures and customer requirements.

You will prepare inspection reports, FAI/FAI-related documents, enter SPC data, and maintain QA/QC records. The role involves liaison with internal teams and audits, maintaining confidentiality, and providing general admin support to the department.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, business administration or related field.
• Experience in QA/QC documentation and inspection reports preferred.
• Knowledge of FAI documentation and GD&T is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare FAI/FAI reports and supporting documents for customer submission.
• Perform SPC data entry and maintain SPC records.
• Prepare outgoing inspection reports prior to product shipment.
• Issue, compile, and maintain QA/QC documents and records.
• Organize, file, and archive quality records per document control procedures.
• Ensure quality documentation is complete and accessible for audits and reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify inspection information.
• Assist QA/QC team in preparing documentation for audits.
• Monitor and update quality logs and databases.
• Provide admin support to QA/QC and maintain confidentiality.
